Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your project within 24 hours of signing the agreement, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
If you cancel your project after 24 hours but before the design concept is presented, you will receive a 50% refund of any payments made.
If you cancel your project after the design concept is presented but before the development phase begins, you will receive a 25% refund of any payments made.
If you cancel your project during the development phase, no refund will be provided.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
Refunds will be made in the same payment method used to make the initial payment.
Any refund or cancellation fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exceptions
If Smart Web Development is unable to complete the project due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, server crashes, or other unforeseen events, we reserve the right to cancel the project and provide a full or partial refund.
If the client fails to provide necessary information, content, or feedback within a reasonable timeframe, Smart Web Development reserves the right to cancel the project and retain any payments made.

Smart Web Development reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellations policy at any time without prior notice.
